Make Your Own Cream Dill Sauce

This sauce is light and a delicious addition to your meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Flour or Cornstarch
  • 250ml Whipping Cream
  • Green Onion
  • Dill
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan on low-med heat.
  2. Whisk in flour/corn starch until combined.
  3. Add cream, slowly whisking continuously.
  4. Toss in green onions, dill, salt & pepper.
  5. Bring to a light boil.
  6. Continue simmering until desired thickness is achieved.
