Make Your Own Cream Dill Sauce
This sauce is light and a delicious addition to your meal.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flour or Cornstarch
- 250ml Whipping Cream
- Green Onion
- Dill
- Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Melt butter in sauce pan on low-med heat.
- Whisk in flour/corn starch until combined.
- Add cream, slowly whisking continuously.
- Toss in green onions, dill, salt & pepper.
- Bring to a light boil.
- Continue simmering until desired thickness is achieved.
