How to Cook Our Pedishke
Our pedishke buns are little bites of pure Ukrainian bliss.
Pedishke Cooking Instructions
- Thaw pedishke buns.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake, covered for 15-20 minutes.
Cream Dill Sauce Cooking Instructions
- On the stove top, heat the cream dill sauce.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter, and whisk in 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch in sauce pan.
- Add our cream dill sauce to the saucepan.
- Whisk on medium heat until it’s a light boil then continue simmering until desired thickness is achieved.
Once pedishke are heated through, pour cream dill sauce over buns and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
