How to Cook Our Pedishke

Our pedishke buns are little bites of pure Ukrainian bliss.

Pedishke Cooking Instructions

  1. Thaw pedishke buns.
  2. Place in casserole dish.
  3. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Bake, covered for 15-20 minutes.

Cream Dill Sauce Cooking Instructions

  1. On the stove top, heat the cream dill sauce
  2. Melt 2 Tbsp butter, and whisk in 2 tbsp flour or cornstarch in sauce pan.
  3. Add our cream dill sauce to the saucepan.
  4. Whisk on medium heat until it’s a light boil then continue simmering until desired thickness is achieved.

Once pedishke are heated through, pour cream dill sauce over buns and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
